That is a map problem. Report it and it goes on our map-fix list. Report a map problem

Common questions
The voice is quiet or silent. Check Settings → Voice and sound, and the phone’s media volume. Road names need the road-name pack, which downloads on Wi-Fi.
The map is blank in a tunnel. Open Settings → Offline maps and check that the Klang Valley map is saved.
